Hello World!!! I am Louis McLeod & I am new to the world of Real Estate Investing here in the 757 Hampton Roads area of Virginia and I want you to follow me on my journey as I take my company from nothing to something(in real estate that is). I am working with a mentor here in Va and as I learn and wholesale properties I will post my daily situations so you can get a feel of how it is in the field.
I am most likely just like you, wanted to get into the game but didn't know where start. I took a real estate class for my license to sell houses and uuuuhhh.... I didnt like that too much. I had heard of investing but thought you had to have TONS of money to get rolling until one day my eyes were opened!!! LEVERAGE!!!!!! Yes the almighty leverage changed my total perspective.
